About me

I'm so glad to have you here.

I am a psychologist, an Americanist, and an English philologist by education and profession.

My experience

In 2014, I graduated with a degree in psychology (clinical specialization) from SWPS University. During my studies, I trained in addiction psychotherapy at the Polish-German Institute of Addiction Therapy. I also completed an internship at the “Dormed” Center for Health Psychology in Nysa.

I worked at NZOZ “Dobra Nadzieja” in Krakow as a psychologist and addiction psychotherapist (on a volunteer basis). I conducted both individual and group therapy. While continuously enhancing my professional competencies, I also focused on my personal growth. Participating in intrapsychic and interpersonal training sessions, as well as engaging in my own therapy (psychoeducation in the cognitive-behavioral approach), proved invaluable.

Over time, I realized that personal development is not confined to strict timeframes—it is a lifelong process. Therefore, I continued working on myself. Professionally, I became interested in Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Schema Therapy, completing the relevant training programs in these areas.

Currently, I am studying at the Polish Academy of Hypnosis, where I am acquiring knowledge and skills in medical hypnosis.

and more…

I am a psychologist (clinical specialization) and a certified medical hypnosis therapist. With 5 years of experience as a psychologist, I began my career volunteering at NZOZ “Dobra Nadzieja,” where I supported clients and patients. Later, I established my own private practice as both a psychologist and hypnotherapist.

I provide empathetic and committed support to my clients, using techniques and methods from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Schema Therapy. When appropriate and without contraindications (e.g., epilepsy, schizophrenia, psychoses, or certain personality disorders), I incorporate medical hypnosis into my practice.

I work with individuals, couples, and groups, addressing areas such as anxiety and depressive disorders, phobias, PTSD, psychological crises, relationship issues, fear of public speaking, low self-esteem, addictions and codependency.

Each area of expertise is described in detail below. If one of them resonates with your struggles, feel free to contact me.
